Our Story

At JA Custom Concrete, we believe that great concrete work starts with experience, hard work, and a team that truly cares. My name is Jerry Arrenquin, and I’ve been working in the concrete industry since 1998. Over the years, I’ve done just about every job there is in concrete—from pouring and finishing to managing full construction projects. After more than two decades of learning the trade inside and out, I started JA Custom in 2023 to bring high-quality, reliable concrete services to homeowners and builders across Orange County.

We focus on structural concrete work, which means we build the strong parts of a project that hold everything together—like foundations, slabs, retaining walls, and more. These are the parts you don’t always see, but they’re some of the most important. We make sure every job is done right, using the best materials and techniques to make sure your concrete lasts for years to come.

Since we opened, we’ve been lucky to stay busy every day. That’s because we take pride in doing great work, finishing on time, and making sure our customers are happy. We listen to your ideas, help you plan, and then bring your vision to life with skill and care.
